A Tailored Approach
The format and content of our courses is similar to what one would expect in a top MBA program, with participants reacting to real world case studies and simulated scenarios in highly interactive sessions. However, unlike typical open-enrollment courses, we will work with you to select and develop content that best addresses your team’s specific learning objectives. In the past, we have created programs for organizations struggling with issues such as merger integration, the challenges of rapid growth, and ineffective cross-functional collaboration.
We emphasize a small class setting, typically with no more than 30 participants, and condense our programs into one or more modules of two to three days each. To minimize disruption for your team, we travel to your location, conducting our programs at your offices or a suitable location nearby. With over a decade in academia and the corporate training industry, we have a strong network of business school faculty and corporate executives that we call on to ensure that you have the most qualified instructor for the needs of your organization.

Emerging Leadership Development Program
This program, designed for an organization’s high potential future leaders, focuses on the skills needed to effectively transition from the role an individual contributor that of a manager and team leader. Participants will test and improve their own leadership practices through case studies on issues such as team dynamics, performance management, decision making, and managing change.
Fostering a Culture of Innovation
Created for senior executives and their direct reports, this program explores how leading organizations cultivate innovation within large organizations. By examining both successes and failures, participants will identify the techniques and practices that show the most promise for their own organization. Teams leave this program with a set of actionable ideas developed during our time together.
Finance for Managers
Designed for managers with limited finance backgrounds, this program provides an overview of financial concepts, including financial statements, capital policy, and corporate financial management. Participants in this program leave with a better understanding of the role that finance plays in their organization and are better prepared to engage in capital budgeting and other collaborative financial decisions.
