Custom Content Development
Most of our programs are taught with Harvard Business School case studies. However, we occasionally develop proprietary case studies about our clients’ businesses, allowing us to create a program that most closely resembles the real-world situations faced by their employees. For clients with their own training teams we also offer accompanying teaching plans and train-the-trainer programs.
Executive Coaching and Consulting
Our individual and small-group coaching sessions enable us to work with you or your team on both skill development and solving specific workplace challenges. Throughout my career I have served as an investor, an advisor, a manager, and an instructor. These roles have given me the opportunity to interact with management teams across a wide range of company sizes, industries, and geographies. One common trait shared by the most successful of these organizations is a productive and engaged workforce. To get the most out of their human capital, these companies make employee development a priority rather than an afterthought.
While training is just one aspect of employee development, it is the one that seems to cause the most confusion and frustration among both managers and employees. Many third-party employee training programs are inconvenient, overly generic, or are delivered in a format that makes the sessions dull and the lessons fleeting. As a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Business School, I have witnessed the impact that purpose-written materials and case method teaching can have on student engagement and knowledge retention. My goal is to bring these aspects of the world’s leading MBA programs to you and your team in a convenient and affordable format.
